Refund Policy
Return Eligibility:
Element 79 is only able to accept the return of products purchased through the official e79skincare website. Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Element 79. Element 79 reserves the right to limit or refuse a return.
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@e79skincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Element 79 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges:
Element 79 does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@e79skincare.com or call 225-925-2118 within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, promotional items, and items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
